Finance department is hell
Very bad service I am receiving from finance. In 2020 and 2021 I made all the efforts to arrange for a financial block to be removed and ended up not registering. I am again this year going through the same pain. Your emails are either ignored or you are asked to submit the same documents you submitted to them already. One cannot even call the finance department because the number is always engaged. This is emotionally draining just to get me to register. I am not happy with them at all. Worse part their process doesn’t even provide any solution or escalation point for someone who is not getting joy from them.
