Unisa is the biggest online/distance learning institution in Africa, however their administration is really not up to standard.Unisa is not easily contactable,they do not answer phones or respond to emails.It is really frustrating dealing with Unisa. They don’t release students funds in time for students to buy books. I still have a refund due to me that I haven’t received since Sep 2022.On the academic side, service is good.study material delivered on time and subject tutors are always available to assist.I would recommend it to someone looking to study online but they must be prepared to handle the administrative headache that comes with the institution.
