Mangosuthu University of Technology (reviews)

My experience with administration processes at Mangosuthu University of Technology is very bad. Most of the administration staff are incompetent and have too little or no knowledge about steps required to successfully enroll students.

It is a good university if you want to study engineering but I dislike that they don’t help you with inservice after completion, and that you can’t graduate without doing it. I would recommend it to people who are sure they will get jobs after completion because you can stay at home with the same qualification. All in all it is a good university especially the practical part of the course.

I like this university, it provides affordable and quality education. it was the best years of my life, even though it is in the township but I always felt safe when I was there. The only thing that was a problem was accommodation , but now they have flats around Durban to accommodate students

MUT’s Diploma in Public Management gave me practical skills and real-world experience, preparing me well for work in government and municipal roles. The supportive learning environment made the three years both manageable and rewarding.
