Honestly… I do not have many positives to share. Despite being selected for the elite BPsych Equivalent program, I was subjected to human rights abuse and violations, educator misconduct and bribery, ethical misconduct, educator bullying, and inconsistent, discriminatory standards. I can, however, give praise to certain educators and individuals who made my degree and 6 year experience with SACAP worthwhile and a positive experience. I also do feel that I received a level of knowledge that benefits me in my field (particularly practical knowledge). However, this institution falls significantly short of meeting their goals and publicly declared promises to its students and the public.

Reputable in Psychology & Counselling: SACAP is known for specializing in applied psychology, coaching, and counselling.

Practical Learning: Strong focus on real-world application, with practical placements and experiential learning.

Accreditation: Registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and CHE (Council on Higher Education).

Flexible study options: Full-time, part-time, and online options available. Great classes with qualified professors, good support from lectures and counselling is available for students.

I have studied at SACAP for the past 3 years. During my time, I have found the staff to be caring and compassionate in their approach to assisting students with their studies and worries. SACAP provides a great atmosphere on their JHB campus, with small classes and a lovely cafe upstairs. I have enjoyed my time at SACAP and hope to continue studying through them in the near future.
