Studying Economics at MKU has been a transformative experience. The program strikes a healthy balance between classical economic theories and modern financial modeling. I’ve found the lecturers to be approachable and deeply knowledgeable, often bringing real-world fiscal insights into the lecture halls.
One of the standout features is the integration of ICT in economic analysis, preparing us for the digital shift in global markets. While the workload is demanding—especially when tackling units like Statistics and Calculus—the collaborative environment among peers makes it manageable. If you are looking for a program that challenges your analytical thinking while keeping an eye on the current Kenyan and global economic landscape.
