University of Ljubljana (reviews)

I am having a very positive experience at the University of Ljubljana. The professors are knowledgeable and supportive, and the courses are well- structered and academically challenging. The University offers welcoming environment for international students and provides many opportunities for personal and professional development.

The UNI program itself is very demanding especially with maths in the first two semesters. The addition of engaging lab work is a good positive and brings it all together. The exams are however very awkwardly structured. We have two exam period with limited exam options that often overlap and leave you to cram many exams at once, while oral exams usually continue in to the summer semester by one or two weeks.

studying electrical engineering. Courses are very theoretically oriented. vibe of faculty and generally university is good. Uni offers few extracurriculars like sports, language courses etc.
Studying itself (ICT programme) is not very time demanding so there is plenty of time to join clubs (like EESTEC).

I think University of Ljubljana is one of the best Universities not just in Slovenia, but also in Europe. It has many great programs, high standards, and produces some of the best qualified future workers.
