NTU offers an excellent balance between academics, research, and extracurricular activities. As a student in the School of Biological Sciences, I have found the curriculum to be comprehensive, yet challenging, encouraging critical thinking and application of theory to real-world problems. The laboratory facilities are top-notch, with plenty of opportunities to get involved in cutting-edge research projects. One standout feature is the diverse and international student body, which provides a global perspective on various issues. I also appreciate the supportive faculty, who genuinely care about students’ success. Outside the classroom, there’s a strong sense of community, with a wide range of clubs and sports to engage in. The only downside is the relatively high cost of living in Singapore, but NTU provides a lot of financial aid options.
