Student review [#10848] for Applied Computer Science
at University of Novi Sad - UNS

The university is rather well organized and offers a wide range of study fields. The best Faculties are Faculty of Technical Sciences and Medical Faculty, and both are one of the highest praised in the country and region. What is the best part of University of Novi Sad is it’s approach to students, on a couple of Faculties you can find sings saying the student is the king and this is absolutely true. The professors and the stuff are always ready to listen to students and try to meet their needs, sometimes even offering much more then it was asked. On the other hand the location of the University is perfect, the campus is 15 minutes walking from city center and everything is easily reachable. The student life is amazing and you can find various student parties almost every day in the week. And personally my favorite part of the Uni in Novi Sad is the number of student associations and student clubs you can find there. All of the Faculties offer spaces for student associations and fund the Student Unions offering many extracurricular activities to students. One thing the University lacks, or actually some of the Faculties at the University lack is modern facilities, meaning you might have to work on some older equipment or programs, but that’s why on those Faculties professors tend to focus on theoretical knowledge and visits to companies so that students don’t miss out on anything. Overall I would definitely recommend studying at University of Novi Sad and I must say I’m very sad to have finished my studies already.
