The University of Novi Sad was founded in 1960 and has been offering excellent education ever since. The public university is based in Serbia. It is one of the largest and most important educational and research centres in Central Europe. The university offers degree programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Currently, more than 50,000 students are enrolled in degree programmes at this higher education establishment. The lectures are held by highly qualified professionals. The faculty is made up 5,000 staff members; all of them are eager to pass on their wisdom and are there to guide students through their studies, in order for them to fully reach their potential. The campus is composed of 14 faculties: Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, Faculty of Medicine, Academy of Arts, Institute of Lowland Forestry and Environment, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Civil Engineering, as well as the Teacher's Training Faculty in the Hungarian Language, and the Faculty of Education. The university is part of the group of comprehensive university, which provide almost all fields of science and higher education. The school offers about 400 study programmes, all of those are accredited. The teaching methodology is modern and adapted to the needs of the ever-changing market. The facilities are state-of-the-art. The student body is large, with the majority of undergraduate students being female (58%). The establishment works closely together with academic institutions across the globe. It collaborates with academic partners through numerous bilateral and multilateral agreements. The campus offers a dynamic learning experience.
