Kursk State Medical University - KSMU (reviews)

Academically, i think my program is one of the top medical school programs for foreigners in Russia but the University has strict rules and sometimes does not listen to student grievances. Personally, teachers have been mostly helpful especially in anatomy and medicine

KSMU definetly has some qualities needed to be designated as a fairly competent medical school. However, it still has a long way to go if it hopes to compete with top medical schools around the world. Also, the admnistration body lacks adeqaute problem solving skills and tends to differ or avoid problem solving altogether, leaving most students to often fend for themselves.

before coming to KSMU back in 2018 i had so many doudts about studying medicine. i wondered what my life would be like studying medicine (was I good enough? will I succeed in medicine? etc). 6 years down the road and i can say i made the best decision to come to KSMU. i have had some of the best professors teach and guide me over the years. the study environment is of standard (lab, anatomy museum, clinical stimulation center, hospital classes etc), participation in clinical research and conferences, i have the best groupmates ever, i have made good friends here. i am truly blessed and oppourtuned to be studying here.
