Student review [#10562] for English Language and Philology

The Department of English Language and Literature is made up of amazing teachers, it was a pleasure to attend some lectures. However, in my opinion, unless you wish to continue with an academic career, the job opportunities or the probability to have a job based on what you have learned in university is very low. Don’t rely solely on university to make you a great job candidate, because you’re going to be disappointed. This degree is not a very pragmatic one and if you truly like literature, you could probably learn most things on your own, without having to enroll for a 3 year ride.
