My journey at the Academy of Economics in Romania has been a rollercoaster of intellectual growth and occasional frustration. The academic programs are like puzzle pieces, challenging me to see the bigger economic picture. The professors, a mix of eccentric brilliance and real-world pragmatism, keep the lectures alive. Yet, the lack of practical exposure beyond textbooks can be a hunger left unsatiated. On the flip side, the campus vibe, a blend of academic seriousness and student camaraderie, adds a unique flavor to the experience. However, the bureaucracy dance can be as intricate as economic theories, leaving me yearning for simpler processes. Despite the quirks, I’m carving my economic niche here, but a pinch of realism in the curriculum and smoother administrative gears could make this journey even more rewarding. –
