Student review [#95198] for Information and Communication Systems Engineering

I am a Computer and Informatics Engineering student at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). I think the program is fine overall, and the classes, depending on the professor, are very good. This semester in particular, I have excellent professors in all my practical classes. I also think the faculty facilities are great, and a good example of that is the fact that we have access to the faculty at night to study.

In addition, the faculty also offers mentorship projects, which are always an extra benefit for both the CV and personal growth. There are also other activities, such as participating in various student groups, …

As for the negative aspects, I believe the main issue is the workload, which can be quite heavy, especially when combined with other activities. Regarding study materials (like PowerPoints), they are sometimes not the best.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the faculty to a friend.
