Realistic opportunity and expectations
The University of Lisbon offers numerous opportunities for success, providing plenty of resources and ways to build career connections. UniLis embraces its “liberal arts school” atmosphere by allowing students to explore multiple areas of study. However, it doesn’t earn 5 stars because it primarily caters to white, upper-class students. While it markets to POC, it feels like there aren’t enough opportunities for affinity groups and for POC individuals to connect with like-minded peers.
