My overall opinion of the University of Minho is positive. I appreciate the quality of teaching, the close relationship between students and professors, and the welcoming academic environment. The facilities are modern, and there is a good range of activities and support services for students. On the downside, some administrative services can be slow, and the workload in certain programs can be quite demanding. Overall, I would recommend the university, especially to students looking for a solid education in a dynamic academic setting.

The Minho University is a public University and one of the best in Portugal.
The involvement between the university and the community of Braga and Guimaraes is perfect. And yes, the Minho University is divided in two different cities in order to “reduce the distance” between the companies and the students.
For sure you will love it!

In general, the University of Minho provides all students with several opportunities for a solid future. The programs are cohesive and extremely rich. The interdisciplinary multi-perspective plays an important role.
