The University of Life Sciences in Lublin is all about diversity. Everyone will find something for themselves. Furthermore, the university offers, in addition to specialised theoretical knowledge, a large number of hours of practical classes during which students practice their skills. In addition to academics, the university also offers numerous extracurricular activities: sports, dance, and choir. For me, the most important thing is to combine theoretical knowledge and good hands-on skills.

As a parent of a daughter studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, I can say that we are extremely satisfied with this programme. From the very beginning, we noticed a high level of organization, professionalism, and genuine care for students’ development. The curriculum is demanding, but it is also very well designed and gives students both strong theoretical knowledge and valuable practical experience.
My daughter has grown not only academically, but also personally, thanks to the supportive learning environment and the motivation she receives from her teachers.
The university also offers a friendly atmosphere, and Lublin itself is a very good city for students, safe, welcoming, and full of academic life.
I would definitely recommend this university and this programme to future students who are passionate about veterinary medicine. It is an excellent place to study, develop professional skills, and prepare for a meaningful career.

I really enjoy my course and the modules that we study; the lectures and my professors are very professional and supportive. I really like my current accommodation at the dormitory; it’s safe, spacious and a great location on campus. I wish I could stay here for the entire duration of the studies.

My experience with the University of Life Sciences in Lublin has been very positive overall. The university stands out for its practical approach to teaching, with plenty of lab work and hands-on activities that make learning more effective.
The campus is green and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly and supportive. Most lecturers are knowledgeable and approachable, which makes studying there easier and more engaging.
On the downside, some administrative processes can be slow, and the level of organization may vary between faculties.

Interesting place. If you are interested in “nature-related” studies, that shouldn’t be a bad choice. I am from veterinary medicine and everything there is average: average teachers, average program, average methods. Of course, there are some motivated teachers, who will try to give you the most of them but is better to keep your expectations not too high. If you are highly motivated to “dig deep” it should be easier for you.
Besides that, there is a very good student exchange program (Erasmus) so you can travel easily with a pretty good scholarship. Same if you want to come there as an Erasmus, you shouldn’t be disappointed.
Good location in the city center, the city is relatively cheap by itself which is great for students.
