The location of the University is just across the highway, especially the Engineering building so the noise from the cars, trucks, and motors passing by is a big distraction during discussions especially if the voice of the instructors are not that loud.

The University has various organizations for students, what I like is the Scholarship Organization which is so active and encourages students to join. There is one whole org and it has sub org for the students to be monitored.

The university has a huge campus, and construction to add more classrooms for free students is currently underway. My anxiety subsided and my prospects for the future became clearer after attending a public university. I was worried that going to college would be expensive before I did.

CTU is a state University in Cebu, it offers free education to the students who cannot afford Private ones. Despite of it being a state University it offers quality education and aims to produce globally competitive students. The admission process is the most difficult one, because they have high standards to whom they will accept to study in the University.
