Punjab University in Pakistan is Best and I personally recommend it because it enhance our hidden abilities that may not be appear for the whole life. The teaching method in Punjab University is Game changer because professors only give the outline of syllabus and the required outcome , student itself struggle to gain the required outcome with different techniques and strategies that are fruitful for him in every aspect of his career.
