at Humber College

My experience at Humber College Lakeshore campus has been very positive and real life based so far. As a Digital Business Management student, I’ve had the opportunity to work on practical projects that actually prepare us for real-world careers, especially in marketing, business, and technology. The professors are supportive and approachable, and many of them bring real industry experience into the classroom.

What I really like is the focus on hands-on learning — from group projects to presentations and events, we’re constantly building skills like teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. I’ve also been actively involved in student activities like the Digital Business Students’ Association (DBSA), which helped me gain experience in social media marketing, content creation, and event management.

The campus environment is diverse and welcoming, and there are plenty of opportunities to network and grow if you take initiative. However, like any college, your experience depends a lot on how involved you get.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Humber College, especially for students who want practical learning, industry exposure, and opportunities to build real skills alongside their studies.
