Well, in my opinion it’s a great citadel of learning, offers both good educational experiences and sports related activities. The environment is safe and really conducive, with police on stand for any kind of suspicious activity. I liked the environment, the teaching standard and the orderliness that it was and is actively involved over at UNIUYO. I would say I didn’t like when it came to leaving cause it was such a beautiful experience. I would highly recommend UNIUYO for any kid that is struggling with education, socialization and perhaps even in some sports, the teachers are super friendly all smiles, the environment is safe, neat, tidy and welcoming for all.

My review about university of Uyo is superb, it was such a great time schooling with her. The lecturers we’re friendly and also devoted to their work.
The serenity of the campus was top notch, there was religious tolerance.
I recommend University of Uyo anytime.

We have great lecturers but the academic system is not encouraging. These lecturers/teachers are not being pay well for their services and as such they embark on strikes without thinking about the future of their students. In some cases we spend more years in school than the intended years of studies. That is the reason I dislike the university.
I recommend the university to students whose parents are not well endowed with rich as its not costly.

The university of Uyo is a higher institution of learning in the heart of Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria. It is a citadel of learning where academic excellence is the order of the day.
One thing I like about UNIUYO is the dedication and seriousness of Lecturers in imparting knowledge to the learners. However, one thing I dislike about UNIUYO is the delay in publishing results on students portal.
