University experience is something I would want everybody to have as it is both good and bad. Although, my experience wasn’t all good but it wasn’t all bad either. Lectures in school were not really the most enjoyable experience as some lecturers were more money minded, but amongst them was this lecturer who stood out—God bless his soul. He kept his classes, engaging and interactive based, and even after the classes, the lectures stay with you for a long time, this is something most lecturers do not do.
Well, as for compass life I did not have the best campus life experience because I was a very introverted person, but I would advise every new intake to experience everything campus has to offer because you’d only have this experience once, but also learn to create a balance so you don’t fail your courses.

The University of PortHarcourt is an awesome place but also with distractions but never a problem if you’re focused on your goals..

I like the fact that it’s a schools that also trains you to become an Entrepreneur even after school so you’ll never be stranded.

My dislikes is just a few lapse’s technologically in their admission processes.

I had a awesome lecture (Prof. Badey) who goes all out to ensure students are serious and well disciplined.

Do you intend to finish your desired programmme in due time with no set backs due to slow academic calendars? The University of Port Harcourt is your sure bet. Unlike other public schools with slow academic calendars for their graduate programmes, the University of Port Harcourt has a fast calendar which most graduate students find impressive. Say Jack and you are good to go!

UNIPORT is located in a peaceful community in Rivers State. My concern with this state lies in the health risk posed by the black soot occurrence. This soot has been attributed majorly to the activities of illegal refiners.
