Kwara State University (KWASU) is an institution that’s clearly in a phase of growth and transformation. My experience as a student here was a mix of learning opportunities and lessons in patience.
One of the most notable aspects for me was the dedication of some lecturers. Many of them were approachable and genuinely interested in students’ understanding, especially in core courses. While not every class met this standard, the standout professors made a lasting impact and were always willing to go the extra mile.
Campus life is vibrant for on-site students, and the school community is generally welcoming. Even as a remote student, you could sense a strong school spirit and a willingness among peers to support each other, especially during exam preparation periods.
Overall, KWASU is a growing institution with the right intentions, and with more focus on improving remote learning systems and student support services, it could truly become a standout option for both in-person and remote learners.
