Imo state university is one of the best state universities in Nigeria. Although they do not have enough lecture halls but it was quite a good experience schooling there. Some of the lecturers are very patient and understanding and for some others, they are the total opposite. Exam periods are usually one of my worse times in school because very little things could implicate you in an exam hall. However, one of the ways of having a good experience is by finding your own clique of friends. Those whose behavior and lifestyle aligns with yours and those that would always have your back no matter the outcome. Overall, the school has a very conducive learning environment.

The study environment is relatively nonetheless compared to what is obtainable with universities with digital learning facilities thereby making academics a little above orthodox.

However, learning In such environment is not easy especially for those with little concentration span. The university has given birth to so many intellectuals also, has good lecturers that know their onions in their field
