Studying political science at Obafemi Awolowo University was an opportunity for me to learn first-hand from professionals and actors in politics. There were practical examples in the real political world that met with the theories taught in the classroom. When students studying political science are given the privilege to have industrial experience, it could go a long way for them to become more relevant in the political environment in their home state. Student life in Ife is conducive as there are basic amenities that aids learning as there is still room for improvements in other areas.
