The University of Calabar is one of the oldest universities in Nigeria and has produced some of the great leaders of the nation today. It has major courses of study that are found in any institution around the world.
What I love about this university is the constant exposure of its students to the pressure of personal research, tight deadlines, and strictness. This exposure more often than not leads to academic excellence. Since its inception, many students who graduate from this great citadel of learning go on to lead their classes when embarking on postgraduate studies in and outside the country.
My area of dislike about the university is that, since it boasts of being one of the pioneer universities in the country, many of its course contents and curriculum are outdated and may not be able to compete favorably with the demands of the present time in the job market.
Overall, I’d recommend this institution to those who enjoy the application of necessary pressure, to bring out the best in them.

If the school employs my lectures I feel it reduce workload and make the school perfect to study any course in my faculty.
