University of Benin is a great University in the heart of Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. I love the fact that it is a globally recognized university, equipped with sound lecturers and materials for learning with a conducive environment.
The one thing that doesn’t resonate with me as far as the University is concern is the attitude of some lecturers, they most often don’t take their time out to ensure students understands a particular topic before progressing to the next and the most painful aspect is the non stop strike they often embark on, making a 4year program to last for almost five years thereby delaying the graduation year and keeping the student to spend longer years in the program, which is not suppose to be.
I surely would recommend University of Benin to anyone who is interested in having a university degree in this location, because aside the pitfalls I mentioned above, it is a great university to obtain any degree you have chosen or any career path you have decided to take. Their certifications is globally recognized and accepted. it is a prestigious university located in the Ancient City of Benin.
University of Benin is a great institution being one of the first generation University in Nigeria, the school have lived up to expectations over the years. I like the fast academic process offered by the school but I dislike the indiscipline going on among students, generally I would love to recommend the school for anyone interested.

View moreMy experience in University of Benin is a bitter sweet one which am glad I had the opportunity to experience. Their teaching technique is something I love more, the way lecturers take out their time to make sure you understand. The learning environment is not so bad and of they is anything I admire most is the way the school environment is organized.
View moreUniversity of Benin is an indigenous and one of the best Universities. Their syllabus is accurate but the tuition fee is quite expensive for a federal school. Uniben trains students to think and articulate with their minds and that it has been so far.
