Likes:

– I enjoyed assisting students with their academic queries and providing support during their research projects.
– I liked the sense of accomplishment when I helped students understand complex geographic concepts.
– I appreciated the opportunity to work independently and manage my time effectively.

Dislikes:

– I disliked encountering students who were not motivated to learn or put in the effort required to succeed.
– I didn’t like dealing with last-minute requests or tight deadlines, which sometimes caused unnecessary stress.

Recommendations:

– I would recommend that students be more proactive in seeking help and clarifying their doubts early on.
– I would suggest that the department provide more resources or training for graduate assistants to enhance their teaching and communication skills.

As a student customer representative, I believe my experience as a graduate assistant has prepared me well to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and work independently. I’m excited to apply my skills and knowledge to this new role and contribute to providing excellent customer service.

The University of Benin is an institution that is doing very well in ensuring that the students her institution are well taught and also excel morally.
In my past years, I have been well taught and motivated in the right path with the help of my Course Advisor.
I would recommend tus great institution to as many people as I can.
