The Great University of Benin is a school that inculcates discipline and hardwork into an individual. It also creates cultural awareness amongst the students. It is a great citadel of learning that produces leaders that transforms the society with the power of knowledge.

The University of Benin is one of the first generation universities in Nigeria and I believe it has held its high standards in the quality of teaching and research from members of different faculties. I really like the fact that students are admitted into various programs based on merit. There is adequate provision for extracurricular activities such as sports etc. The university has a sport complex/building that constitutes facilities and equipment for both outdoor and indoor sports. However, I dislike the lack of urgency when it comes to processing students’ transcripts and degree supplements. Generally, I would recommend the university for students who believe hard work and determination are key to academic success.

The study atmosphere at the University of Benin Nigeria is authentic and peaceful enough to support healthy learning for cumulative grades for graduating with the best class of degrees. Due to the abnormalities that plagued some diligent students at the University of Benin in Nigeria, students will be shocked to see lower grades than expected par. Unfortunately, Nigeria and Africa as a whole have shallow-minded people who do not want students to do better than their teachers, which is why the country is where it is. Just like you would observe in the workforce, talent and efforts put in are in no way equal to what you receive.
