Studying at Nnamdi Azikiwe University has been a real journey of self-discovery for me. I studied Sociology, and though it took me some time to truly understand the course, it opened my eyes to how people think, act, and influence one another. It taught me patience, curiosity, and how to look beyond myself.
What I liked most was how the university environment encouraged growth and independence. I met people from different backgrounds, learned how to work with others, and grew more confident in who I am. Some lecturers were really inspiring and helped me see learning differently.
What I didn’t like was that sometimes students were left to figure things out on their own, and I wish there was more personal guidance to help us connect our studies with future goals.
Overall, I would recommend NAU to anyone who’s willing to take responsibility for their own growth. Campus life is lively and full of learning moments both inside and outside the classroom.
