I study cybersecurity in AFIT and it’s awesome. I have a lot of supportive lecturers and very very encouraging background from my first 2 years. It’s been a long long ride but it’s rewarding and when you show the lectures that you’re actually willing to learn and you have something specific you want to achieve regarding your career, they tend to help better than they would if you didn’t. They have a top-notch regard for punctuality, patience, and exam malpractice.
It is an almost no-nonsense environment.
10/10 for me.

In my regard to AFIT, it is lacking in most practical areas, but if I am to speak the truth, knowledge-wise and teaching, they are perfect.
The campus lacks extracurricular activities and prioritises knowledge over everything.

My opinion about this university is very positive. I liked the supportive Lecturers and vibrant university life. The classes were engaging, though the workload could be challenging. I would recommend it to future students looking for a well-rounded experience.

AFIT is a blend of military and civilian university, but don’t get it wrong, it has a lot of the feel of a civilian environment. Everything here shifted toward engineering and technology, with Aerospace engineering at the centre of all other courses. Honestly, it is a fast-growing institution with everything to like, especially being taught by experienced senior military officers.
