I studied civil engineering and I was introduced to the main engineering courses earlier which was majorly technical with series of laboratory and on-site (field) practicals.
I could easily identify basic engineering tools and understand the full scope, importance and duty of a civil engineer in a very short time.
Some shortcomings involved moving long distances to attend various lectures, smaller lecture rooms and insufficient test tools in the laboratory. Accommodation was also an issue, it was quite congested. Overall, it was a great experience for me to graduate from the institution.
