I’m so excited to be studying Visual Arts at Auckland University of Technology (AUT). From day one, the atmosphere has been incredibly inspiring ,everyone here genuinely values creativity and individuality. The orientation and workshops were fantastic, giving me a real taste of the supportive and artistic community AUT fosters.
The program encourages us to experiment, take risks, and express our ideas through different mediums, which I absolutely love. The lecturers are approachable and passionate about helping us grow as artists. I already feel like I’m developing my own creative voice, and I can’t wait to see how my skills and confidence evolve over the next few years.

I’m absolutely buzzing to start my first year at Auckland University of Technology (AUT)! I’m enrolled in the Bachelor of Visual Arts program, and honestly, the orientation and open days have been incredible. The program seems super focused on helping us explore our creativity and express ourselves through art. Plus, the vibe is so welcoming and supportive – I already feel like I’m part of a creative community. I can’t wait to see what amazing things I’ll create and the connections I’ll make with my fellow students and professors!
