The reception was deplorable, with no respect at all; the staff failed to fulfill their duties and avoided their responsibilities, neglecting students’ issues. Unfortunately, I am referring to the university administration. In contrast, based on my experience, everything within the faculties functioned well, and resolving students’ problems was a clear priority, unlike what I observed in the central administration. As for the presidency, I feel sad to see this situation, as the university deserves better facilities and infrastructure.
