My experience at Université Cadi Ayyad (UCA) in Marrakech has been mixed. On the positive side, the university has a good academic reputation, especially in scientific fields, and I found several professors to be knowledgeable and approachable. The campus is large, with improving facilities and diverse programs, which makes it a good choice for many students.
However, there are also challenges. The administration can be slow to respond to students’ needs, and schedule or exam changes are not always communicated clearly. With such a large student population, classes can sometimes feel overcrowded, which makes it harder to get personalized attention.
Overall, I would recommend UCA for students who value solid academic training and are willing to navigate some bureaucratic and organizational difficulties. It is a good option in Morocco, but there is definitely room for improvement in student support and communication.
