Remember how we used to watch movies in a college setting when we were younger? How we were amazed by campus life, by constant events? Living with your friends in dorms, planning hangouts/parties? Being part of your college sports team and having big athletic events? and all of it being carried out in English? AUI offers all of this within Morocco. It introduced liberal arts education to the country, focusing on students’ and their preferences and creating a system that works to push them forward.
While you will choose a specific degree, you will not be confined to study courses relative to that degree alone, you rather get to have a full catalog to pick from and satisfy your curiosity in addition to your core classes! You’re studying Computer Science and wondered what it’s like to combine Psychology with it? you get to do that. You’re studying finance but you need a weekly break from the quantitative aspect of it? you just have to enroll in a film class. All to graduate with a NECHE accredited degree (plus degree-specific accreditation) of your chosen degree while still having had academically structured training in other topics of your choosing!
Academics aside, Student life is one of a kind! Between the multiple weekly events around campus, and official athletics teams you can try out for, there is always something to do; and if you can’t find something that interests you, you can just create a club for it AND get funding to help start it! You could gain experience and make money WHILE still studying as there are a number of part-time jobs on campus!

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The people, the memories, and the experience were some I could only wish for when I was younger.
