    Lack of Customer Service

    As for education, I had a great program, and the professors were great, of course, on those days they were starting the program, so everything was great, nowadays, I have no idea how they are.
    The customer service for alumnus is a BIG frustration, academics never answers the phone, emails, or whatsapp. I am leaving outside Mexico, and I need my Kardex and Transcript, 3 weeks later I am still trying to get a hold of someone that can help me or give me some guidance. Very disaponted, be aware that if you need soemthing is going to be really hard to get it.

    Not great for a private institution

    It’s an overall good institution but they still need to work on a lot of things.
    Their campus is ok at best you wouldn’t think you pay a lot of money to be there just looking at it, while it has some good ideas for their spaces they still need to make them better.
    The whole education system is not terrible but also not really that extraordinary, specially their masters programs.
