University of Prishtina Hasan Prishtina (reviews)

The University of Hasan Prishtina feels like a second home. It offers great opportunities to study, meet new people, and grow both personally and academically. Some professors are really inspiring and helpful making the whole experience very welcoming and cheerful. What i would recommend is that the university should focus more on practice, not just theory. It’s better for students to start applying what they learn during their studies, instead of learning everything for 4 years and then trying to figure it out later in the job market.

My experience at the University of Prishtina Hasan Prishtina was rewarding overall. I appreciated the dedicated professors, the focus on English Language and Literature, and the opportunities to develop strong communication and critical thinking skills. I especially liked the chance to work on group projects and presentations, which improved both teamwork and confidence.

On the other hand, I felt that the university could improve by offering more practical training opportunities, internships, and access to modern resources.

I would recommend this university to students who are motivated, independent learners and want a solid academic foundation, but I’d also advise them to seek out extracurricular or professional experiences alongside their studies to gain more practical skills.

And I am not saying this because I go there. I am apart of the English Language and Literature Department, and my programme has fulfilled and helped every education goals that I have set up until now. The programme is created to support students’ critical thinking and analytical skills, while also teaching them the depths of language and literature. Classes have been and will still be a joy in my future year, as they are always student – centred, where students can interact with the syllabus and colleagues, by getting feedback and engaging in group work. University of Prishtina is all about networking, and I am happy that I have met a lot of colleagues from other fields because of my academic research but also simply because of the students’ warm approach. Networking makes it easier for me to build connections for the future especially with students like me, with who I share the same struggles and obstacles. What I like at the moment, is the connection between the management, student councils and students themselves, who are all trying through feedback and change to make the best not only for our generations, but the following ones as well. I am truly grateful for this University, and it provides so many opportunities for one to start their education and career path.

I like the department I’m in.
I will be on my third year of studies now, I enjoy my classes, well most of them.
What stood out is my professors and the way they teach us about art!
Mostly I enjoyed just painting and drawing on my own, which is great because they give us the space and opportunity to do that.
