

It has really taught me a lot. It is not a pampering environment. If you need hand-holding, you will struggle. But if you are proactive, independent, and want a highly respected degree that actually opens doors across Africa, UoN is still the undisputed king in Kenya. However, the “Comrades” lifestyle isn’t all smooth sailing. As a massive public institution, UoN suffers from classic bureaucratic hurdles. Getting simple paperwork processed can feel like an Olympic sport, class sizes in popular courses can be overwhelmingly huge, and some campus facilities definitely need a modern facelift.
