I liked the fact that Kenyatta University aimed at equipping its learners with the best professional foundation to nurture world class employees and employers.
The unique thing about the university was they design and stylish nature of learning resources.

My experience at Kenyatta University was both enriching and eye-opening. The university offers a wide variety of programs and has well-structured courses that are practical and industry-relevant. One of the things that stood out to me was the quality of most lecturers—many were knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cared about students’ growth.

The campus life was vibrant, with plenty of extracurricular activities, clubs, and events that made it easy to meet new people and build lasting friendships. The library and research resources were quite impressive, and the learning environment encouraged personal initiative and independence.

That said, like many public universities, there were occasional challenges with administrative processes, such as registration delays or timetable changes. Some classes also had large student populations, which could make it harder to get personalized attention.

I have pursued both my Bachelor’s and Master’s in this institution with the help of amazing lecturers and professors who ensure that you keep in check with regular follow up meetings.

-The environment was very conducive, and we had more than enough amenities, for example shuttles/buses to ferry us from our dorms to classes.
– We were fully equipped the school saw to it, our healthcare system was responsive and the best, our library was modern, and very spacious with enough ventilation, books too were enough.
– I hated when my exam timetable would sometimes overlap, where you have 2 exams same time, but the lecturers would try find solutions that would accommodate us.

Kenyatta university is not only a place of study but a city on its own. The structures, modern facilities and numerous opportunities to grow and diversify within its premises makes it the place to be .

Kenyatta University is one of the best universities in Kenya at the moment with up-to-date facilities that make the experience of students insightful and worthwhile. It is located at a very strategic place. It is pretty convenient with very affordable accomodation
. The student life is also pretty amazing. The staff and professors are great in the way they deliver their services.

I would generally say that the programme of bachelor of Science is a wide program with zero specialization unless you specialize when doing a master’s. I won’t advise anyone to really pursue it in the Kenyan market but to me, it still sounds vague and is still lost on where I will get employment when I finish the course.
