it is goal oriented, optimistic, they give the best in terms of academics and also believe on their students hence the students are encouraged to give out their best, provides the best services for all students without partiality

I personally liked the quality of education emphasized by the different specific programs. The school has taken part in various research opportunities through partnership programs. I got a chance to diversify and network with different individuals hence forming meaningful professional connections.

I disliked the administrative challenges such as delay in processing of results and clearance procedures.

I would therefore recommend the school to anyone who is thinking of joining Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

This is a home of creative and innovative students. I personally admired the variety of courses offered. As a continuing student, I am having the best experience so far. I would especially recommend it to people who want to pursue technology.

It’s very intensive but lacks resources. The facilities could be improved.It also is located conveniently near a city whee one can get access to necessary amenities. It has an inbuilt hospital where students are treated free of charge.

Overall a good university if you want to undertake an undergraduate degree or diploma in a technical field. There are a lot of resources for the same but it being a public Kenyan university has its downfalls.

the knowledge I get is sufficient.I really love everything there, about performance and tutoring the program has the best-qualified teachers ever, i cant complain about a thing. the classes are on time , and a class usually has a good time limit that favors everyone

While pursuing BSc. Medical Laboratory sciences isn’t for the faint-hearted I would say that the lecturers have really made it easy for us by providing the best lectures and materials for the programme. Initially, I thought the lectures would be only notes affair with little practical but I can say the course is well programmed to enable any learner to excel. The lecturers are really hardworking, always bringing in their A-game on board. Studying here gives you an edge and exposure which cannot be compared anywhere else

At first, I really didn’t think highly of JKUAT in terms of offering the current programme am pursuing but my expectations were overly surpassed. The professors are diligent and offer the best tutorial. JKUAT being an institution that focuses on Agriculture offers a lot of practicality and a hands-on approach to my course BSc. animal Husbandry. The university collaborates with the Israeli government through the colleges of Agriculture and Natural resources whereby the Israeli government offers an 11 month Israel internship programme.

I was always fascinated about this university and always imagined how it was before I joined, well my fantasies and expectations were met it is truly a very good university for anyone who wants to soar the heights of education. It was excellent facilities with each School having its own block which can easily be traceable. It is a welcoming institution with a student welfare fraternity that welcomes new students and does a follow up on you so should have the least worries if u want to join us. Everyone is welcome and I hope to see new faces from different backgrounds. A side note is the coffee offered in its cafeterias is the best.
