Nazarbayev university is the best research university in Kazakhstan. The university provides a favorable environment for the academic progress of the student, as well as life beyond the study of courses. The university is a mini town, which has all kinds of entertainment for a full life of a student. We have several cafes, canteens, a gym, playing fields, a supermarket and much more.

I’ve had a great experience studying at this university.
The campus is new, very comfortable for Nur-Sultan’s weather with new hotel-like dormitories connected with skywalks.
All the professors are International. There is a research and medical centers near the campus, so it is a really outstanding place to those who want quality education.
There are more than 100 clubs of your interest.
Friendly alumnis and most graduates continue their education in top universities and recruited by Big3, Big4 and other top companies.
I do recommend this university for everyone who wants quality education and enjoy student life.

I studied my bachelor’s degree at this university.
The campus was new and very comfortable, with skywalks, which is great for Nur-Sultan’s weather.
90% of the professors were European or American and all the stuff had a western diploma. More than half of the graduates continue their education at the best Western universities and I often hear that it is even easier there than NU! So, if you plan to study your bachelors at NU, be ready for challenges. Student life is fun and you can always join student clubs of your interest. Alumni network works great.

I would definitely recommend Nazarbayev University. There you can find world-class professors who are also active researchers, best teacher/research assistants and great students — you can learn a lot from them. Moreover, NU has state-of-the-art laboratories, huge library, plenty of space to study, modern dormitory, several cafes and other facilities.

I was privileged to study at this public university. What I liked the most was the academic freedom, the transparency and the professional level of the academic staff. When it comes to subject diversity, I would rank it not high due to the fact that university is still young and preferably science-oriented. The location was good but it was hard to commute to the city center.

This university is Presidential.
The cost of training is not cheap, but the professional is trained competently!
There are no hostels in our university so that unpleasant situations do not occur.
Entertainment is very much. For example, travel to nature.
I did not find any disadvantages in this educational institution. Everything is perfect, just like our prosessors!

The university is perfect for three reasons: 1. BEST equipments. For science and engineering students there are no such analogs in Central Asia and Post-Soviet countries. The NU is well funded by the government therefore students have access to many high-quality resources (lab equipments, library, computers). 2. BEST students. The selection process is very challenging, therefore the university community is very intelligent. 3. HIGH standards. The university is young and very ambitious, therefore they put very high requirements (I studied in three different universities (two in Europe), so I can compare).
The drawbacks. Being a young university, NU is placed far in the rankings. It takes time to earn popularity. But even now, our graduates are all over the world, continuing their journeys in top universities and world companies.
