View moreStudying the Bachelor of Economics at Sorbonne University has been a very meaningful and rewarding academic experience. One of the things that impressed me the most was the strong academic culture of the university. The program is quite challenging, but it really helps students build a deep understanding of economic theories and how they apply to real-world situations.
Throughout the program, we studied important subjects like microeconomics, macroeconomics, statistics, and econometrics. At first, some courses felt demanding, especially the quantitative ones, but the professors were knowledgeable and encouraged students to think critically and ask questions. The lectures were engaging, and many of them connected economic theory with current global issues.
Another great aspect of studying at Sorbonne University is the international environment. You meet students from many different countries, which makes discussions in class more interesting and gives you a broader perspective on economic policies and global markets. Studying in Paris also adds a special charm to the experience, as the city itself is full of culture, history, and opportunities.
Overall, the Bachelor of Economics here is a solid choice for students who are serious about economics and willing to work hard. It provides a strong academic foundation and prepares students well for master’s studies or careers in economics, finance, and public policy. It was definitely a challenging journey, but also a very valuable one
View moreOne of the things that proved to be a bad experience is that some of teaching staff can be very uncooperative and not very understanding of the various difficulties students face during their studies, mainly health related but not limited to it.
View moreI really appreciated to study in this university for my Master’s degree!
We had professors that were pushing us to succeed and to keep the mentality of a researcher.
Courses are well explained and there is possibility to study all around the world with their exchange programs.
View moreThe University is pretty new, fresh building, but a bit small (The library is always full). The classes can be both interesting or very useless. Some professors are clearly not qualified to teach, some of them do not know how to engage with students and actually teach them something. The students at this university are pretty cool, from all kinds of places, but you won’t necessarily engage with a lot fo them as it is a big city and there aren’t much social places on campus.
