focus on global perspectives
For me, What sets Astana IT University apart is its focus on global perspectives. I’ve had the chance to attend lectures by visiting professors from top universities around the world, which has broadened my horizons immensely. The campus is incredibly diverse, with students from over 50 countries. One unique experience was participating in a Model UN conference organized by the university—it was my first time debating global issues, and it was both challenging and rewarding. The facilities are top-notch, especially the library, which has a stunning view of the city skyline. However, the winters here are brutal, and it can be isolating if you’re not used to the cold. Overall, though, the opportunities for personal and academic growth are unparalleled.
