Al-Ahliyya Amman University is the first private university in Jordan founded in 1990. It is publicly and privately accredited and is a member of the Federation of Arab, Islamic and International Universities. The University seeks to excellence and improve the quality of education outputs, through the adoption of methodologies and strategies based on building a quality control system and follow-up quality in all colleges and academic departments, centers and administrative departments, to become an advanced center in higher education institutions, not only at the level of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, but Arab world. Within this framework, and in order to keep pace with the rapid technological development in the era of information revolution, the University has adopted information technologies, e-learning and employing this in the educational system in all disciplines, making Al-Ahliyya Amman University one of the first universities that grow these technologies. The university offers a bachelor’s degree and its teaching system is the credit hours system.
