The programme content is relevant, and the lecturers are excellent in their delivery and readily available and approachable. Living on one of the halls is also an intriguing adventure that helps to break down prejudice, build resilience, and encourage scholarship and friendly rivalry.
View moreI strongly believe that the University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica is a great place to study.
The university is highly multi-cultural; it caters to the needs of different types of learners; and it actively promotes diversity and inclusion. Also, the staff and faculty are very friendly and the learning environment is very clean, safe, and inviting. If I got the chance to do another degree, I would choose the University of the West Indies.
The only issue I had was the limited variety of food that was available on the campus. However, there were plenty of options within a short walking distance of the campus.
I would recommend the University of the West Indies to anyone seeking to obtain a university degree along with an unforgettable study experience.
