I think that the doctoral programme offered by the university is comprehensive and versatile in every respect. The courses allow you to range over different fields, inherent but also distant from your research area. In addition, you are given the opportunity to grow and learn since you are always supervised by your tutor, but are given autonomy in managing the programme.
What can certainly be improved is the clarity of the distribution of CFUs over the years and the need or otherwise to undertake extra-curricular experiences for the different PhD cycles. In addition, it would be useful to arrange more meetings between PhDs and course leaders to answer any questions and doubts that arise during the course.
