A solid and stimulating academic experience
I completed the Master’s degree in Security and International Relations at the University of Genoa, and I can say it was a highly formative experience. The program is well-structured, offering a solid theoretical foundation along with many opportunities to explore current topics in international politics, security, and multilateral cooperation.
I particularly appreciated the multidisciplinary approach and the quality of the teaching staff, who were always open to discussion and exchange. The courses help you develop strong analytical skills and a critical understanding of global phenomena — useful both in academia and in the professional world.
The university also encourages independent research and offers space to work on in-depth, original thesis projects.
I would strongly recommend this program to anyone seeking a solid education in international relations, especially those aiming to work in international organizations, NGOs, public institutions, or the private sector.
