The University of Trieste is an institution of medium dimensions in the North of Italy, on the seaside. It offers a great variety of courses and specialisations. It is highly specialised in the scientific area (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry) but it hosts high quality courses on Humanities, Law, Diplomacy and Letters. Many possibilities to take exchange programs and internships in Italy and abroad are offered. Scholarships are available and fees are not elevated since it is a public institution. Professors are prepared, the secretariat is always ready to meet students’ requests and the administration is reliable. I would highly recommend it to students who desire to invest on studying but also on developing their person skills, increasing their culture and taking part in the numerous academic activities proposed.
