Even though La Sapienza of Rome is one of the oldest and most respectable universities in Italy, its main problem is the bureaucratic management, which drives students crazy on a daily basis. Once you’re in Sapienza, you must learn to deal with it, or leave. Anyway, I must recognise that the professors are valid, even though their methods are still outdated; a lot of them owns their position since the Seventies. Moreover, for what it concerns the choice of classes, there’s a wide range of options available.
