The best University I’ve studied in. They have a great variety of studies, all very valid.
The environment is very friendly and warm. I’m enjoying so much the free spaces where I can study and discuss with my friends. The libraries are wide and they have all informations I’ve ever searched.
I like to go to the canteen between lessons and enjoying my meal with friends.
Of course the climate is top during lessons and everything is great

The University of Pisa is one of the best university from a theoretical point of view, but it does not adequately introduce you to the world of work. The exams are hard, really challenging, and sometimes the credits associated with the exam itself are not enough, but the satisfaction of learning something new in detail and achieving a goal is priceless. Despite this the university provides workshops to improve everyone’s soft skills, there are projects related to Engineering courses, there is a lot of cultural diversity and the professors are experts in their fields.
Lastly the city is small, calm and cheap.

Generally, this university offers a high level of education on a theoretical level but provides little preparation for what will be the world of work.
The difficulty of examinations is high and on average you graduate a couple of years late. However, according to statistics and feedback from graduates, there are not many difficulties in entering the world of work and all the efforts to complete the course of study compensate for the skills to cope with what comes next.

The facilities are slightly outdated but little by little there are improvements

I chose this university because it offers a very complete study plan.
This university has a very good organization.
There are also many teams that participate in student competitions like the “Air Cargo challenge” and the “Formula SAE”.

The University of Pisa is a very famous University in Tuscany, Italy, which provides students with a very high level of instruction.
The amount of knowledge given by very prestigious professors is enormous and there are several foreign students to get in touch with.
If there’s a flaw, it is the lack of practical experience, since this university looks basically at the theoretical knowledge.

The University of Pisa privides students with a very high level of instruction and knowledge, but its facilities are not so great.
It is highly recommended as far as the level of instruction provided is excellent with very prestigious professor and students coming from all over the world.
As far as the faculty of engineering is concerned, the facilities are not so good.

My journey with UniPisa was long, but it was worth it. The faculty are very demanding, but also willing to help students become good engineers.
Some exams are very demanding (sometimes too much compared to their weight in terms of final grade), but the University gives you a strong theoretical foundation, which is essential to face the working world.

I am a student at the University of Pisa. The overall university is very good. I am studying MSc in aerospace engineering. The course guideline is very up-to-date and competitive. It has a very vast and peace full environment for l international students.

Its Engineering courses are at one of the best Universities in Italy. Classes are very theoretical, in the bachelor, they lack practical aspects. Nevertheless, the preparation you get is excellent.
The problem is, it is very demanding and stressful, more than other equivalent Universities in Italy. Exams often involve an excessive workload, and not every teacher is so eager to be of assistance. I’ve never regretted my choice, though, because it was very formative.

The University of Pisa also offers many facilities such as language classes, soft skills workshops and career labs.
Last but not least, it is well renowned in Italy and abroad: the effort pays off.

My programme covers many topics, unfortunately, these are often repeated in different courses and explained in different ways, which causes some confusion for the students. Some professors are really good teachers, putting a lot of passion into their subject, others, fortunately, few, seem more inclined to hinder the students’ study path. It often happens that students go off course because the programme is too broad and the exams too heavy to take all at once. In the first years of the course, when there are still many students attending, there is often not enough space to sit in the classroom and to make matters worse the chairs are often broken and uncomfortable. The school is not very international, I found very few foreign students, but for the master’s degrees, the situation is different.
